Unless otherwise stated, repairs are covered by a 90 days/4,000 mile limited warranty on parts and labor.

YOU ARE ENTITLED BY LAW TO THE RETURN OF ALL PARTS REPLACED, EXCEPT THOSE WHICH ARE TOO HEAVY OR LARGE, AND THOSE REQUIRED TO BE SENT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR BECAUSE OF WARRANTY WORK OR AN EXCHANGE AGREEMENT. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO INSPECT THE PARTS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
Repair service provided by the Infogetics Group, LLC dba Buchanan Diesel or its contractors. Credit and debit cards accepted. A 3.4% fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. You may be required to prepay for special ordered parts. If special ordered parts are unused or returned, any restocking or shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle(s) herein described to secure the amount of repairs. Full payment is expected within 30 days.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The warranty excludes: used parts or parts supplied by the customer, unless otherwise noted, normal wear and tear, accident or collision, misuse, abuse or off-road use of the vehicle, towing, rental fees or other incidental expenses, or damage caused to other components of the vehicle due to failure of a covered component. This warranty covers replacing failed parts that were installed by us, along with the labor necessary to replace those parts. Failed parts will be replaced with identical parts. If identical parts are no longer available, similarly priced parts will be used. Warranty claims cannot exceed the original invoice amount. The warranty begins on the day of service and is not transferrable. Replacement or service under this warranty does not extend the warranty term. No refunds will be issued under this warranty. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR ARTICLES LEFT IN VEHICLES IN CASE OF FIRE, THEFT, OR ANY CAUSE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
